Za’atar is a favorite Middle Eastern spice blend, and our friend @priyameanslovebodycare  made this batch just for Larder, using sumac she forged in the Adirondacks,  @ansonmills Benne, homegrown Thyme, Marjoram, Oregano and French Grey Sea Salt.  Perfect for anything that needs a little herbal salty tang. Hummus, Roasted Chicken, Salad etc.
